If you want to see your city and learn about its history, scenic locations art and culture these walking tours are for you. It’s an ideal way to network with others while walking around and educational at the same time. We are for positive minded people who love to mix with people and share a fun filled day out at the same time.

How much are your walking tours?
Our regular price walks are: $20AUD per person – often payable at the start of your walk

Why do our walks?
Unlike some walking groups or other tours we don’t blast thru blindly around an area without coming up for air. Some walking groups never give you a chance to stop or sit and listen or learn. They require superman or superwoman skill to walk tough terrain and places far from human existence.

But – In our case, our walks are for all the “non-athletic types” who simply wish to enjoy a stroll and discover something new or someone new to chat with on the way.

What is the purpose of your walks?
Our walks are designed to educate people about their local city. But first and foremost, we hold walks as a means of networking and meeting people. The small group sizes makes it easy for anyone to engage in a conversation and to make new friends as they walk about.

How long are the walk tours?
Usually around 2 to 4 kilometers – these are in suburban street areas, parks and are designed for anyone. Also our walks have frequent stops – so you can take in what you’re seeing and learn about the area.

How much time do your walks take?
Most walks are 2 hours long. A small few are up to 3 hours – again all walks have many stops along the way.

How many walks do you do in a year?
Typically we do walks from February thru to November around 2 or 3 walks per month.

What if it rains?
All our walks are “ALL WEATHER WALKS” – which truly means we do walks regardless of the weather. Its indeed very rare we cancel a walk due to weather. (LESS than 1 walk a year falls into this category.)

What happens after your walks?
All of our walks end at a café. That’s right; we all get to chat together over a cuppa at a nice new location each walk. You will be amazed at how easy networking happens after a good walk. Since 2003 we’ve seen people make lifelong fiends just from this simple addon we have to our walks.

What types of walking tours do you have?
We have a few basic types of walks – 1 Scenic Walks covering amazing views, 2 Historical Walks with landmarks and places from yesteryear, 3 Art Gallery Walks we see a range of galleries in a 2 hour walk and learn about art, 4 Twilight Walks where we see incredible views and lights of the city or great night locations, 5 Picnic Walks where we stop for a bite to eat while seeing a great walking spot.
